Start a pot of rice since it will take about the same amount of time to cook as these chops.
Use thin less expensive lamb chops.
Wash and dry chops, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place them in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
Chop up an onion and sprinkle it generously over the chops.
Spread unflavored yogurt on top of the chops and onions.
Bake in a 350* oven for 25-35 minutes until done. (Juices will be running clear)
Serve with rice and a vegetable of your choice.
Very good. Ken and I are gonna eat more lamb since we tried this and really enjoyed it.
